Americana Beyond the Moon: NASA's Continuing Mission trading cards were released in September 2008 by the Donruss Company. The limited series was produced in partnership with the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum at Texas A&M University and the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum at the University of Texas at Austin. The collection was sold exclusively at the museum stores. The "Beyond the Moon" and "To the Moon" exhibits ran from September 19, 2008, to August 23, 2009.

Americana Beyond The Moon features official NASA photographs of four Space Shuttle orbiter vehicles: Columbia, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour. The series includes crew photographs of Challenger STS-51-L from 1986 and Columbia STS-107 from 2003.
